However this friendly match was closely contested by Hope Team Cyprus which played to win, and showed a level of teamwork usually reserved for professional basketball teams.
Additional Information: Grothia Kyrenia had its third friendly match, and first loss, of 2022 on Monday April 18th with Hope Team Cyprus. We thank coach Englezos of Hope Team Cyprus for the invitation, and the team as a whole for their hospitality. This match exposed the weaknesses of our team, and gave us food for thought regarding what we need to improve in the days and weeks ahead.
